1. Services Provided
Water Pure Texas offers custom water filtration solutions based on your home’s specific water analysis. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services without notice.
2. Appointments and Payment
- A consultation and water analysis are required before system recommendation.
- A deposit or full payment may be required before installation.
- We accept major credit cards, checks, and bank transfers.
- Financing options may be available and are subject to approval.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full deposit refund.
- Custom water systems are non-refundable once installed.
- Issues or concerns must be reported within 30 days of installation for evaluation.
4. Warranty
Each system comes with a limited warranty, which will be outlined in your purchase agreement. The warranty does not cover:
- Misuse or improper maintenance
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Damage caused by external factors
5. Limitation of Liability
Water Pure Texas is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from the use or inability to use our products or services.

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
